Break the Bias

SupplyWell are proud of all our fantastic women who support each other –  working hard to help you teach more, earn more and smile more! 

This year’s theme for International Women’s Day is Break the Bias – women still face so many biases and everyday obstacles to fair pay, inclusivity and representation in all roles in society. 

Teachers, who are largely made up of a female workforce, have a fantastic opportunity to share insights and positive information with their pupils.  

According to the latest government statistics in England, 75% of classroom teachers and 67% of head teachers are female. A statistic that is reportedly consistent over time.
