If you are on a long term placement the school can choose to support you towards your QTS but SupplyWell can not guarantee this. We are working on partnerships with our schools to help you secure QTS mentorships.

As an ECT when you work as a teacher or cover supervisor you can earn up to £125 a day, including holiday pay. If you work as a teaching assistant you can earn up to £80 per day including holiday pay.

SupplyWell offers continued professional development sessions throughout the year which is available to all teachers. The sessions come in the form of online webinars and in person events. The team also delivers a special development programme exclusively for registered members of the SupplyWell community.

SupplyWell has a confidential support line that SupplyWell registered teachers can opt to join. The support line is hosted by our in-house teaching expert who can offer you confidential and practical advice and techniques if you ever need help in your roles.

You can work in schools as a training teacher. It’s a great way to earn money alongside your studies while networking with potential employers and gaining experience in schools.

You will need to provide us with some documents including your CV, entitlement to work, training, proof of address , a valid DBS, and references.
