Summary of Terms for Competition Entry
Overview: These terms outline the conditions for entry and rules of the April 2024 Air Fryer competition.
Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of SupplyWell and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. .
Entry Period: The competition opens on 03rd April 2024 and closes on 18th April 2024. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered.
How to Enter: 1. Like our competition post 2. Follow @supply_well & @teachers__matter 3. Tag your friends, especially your teacher friends Additional entries will be counted for comments added to the post with your favourite Air Fryer recipe and sharing the post to the users story and tagging supply_well or teachers__matter .
Prize: The prize is an Air Fryer redeemable with a voucher worth £150. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize redemption instructions will be provided to the winner upon selection.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified by social media within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Publicity: By entering this competition, participants agree to allow SupplyWell to use their name and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Data Protection: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
General: SupplyWell reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of SupplyWell's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by SupplyWell The decision of SupplyWell regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
