Can you remember a teacher that made a big impact on you when you were teaching or a fellow teacher that you know smashes it daily?

There are so many fantastic teachers and school staff in the county that deserve to be celebrated!

Take the time to celebrate them and yourself today and reflect on the wonderful impact you have made.

The SupplyWell team had a think back to teachers who had a great impact on them:

Sophia – Marketing Executive

Miss Turner used to help me when I first started having mobility issues, she was in charge of all the support staff. She was nice, a comfort during a time of big changes and really helped me during a hard time in school.

My favourite teacher was my dad – in my eyes we are all educators and the role we all play at some stage of our life is to inspire and guide others. My dad certainly did that for me. School wise it was the advice I was given when I first started teaching by my Head of Department – “the students wont respect you until you respect them.” This is a message I give to all the young teachers I have guided.

Dan – CPO

My favourite teacher was my English teacher Mr Corrigan. We had many great moments – like recreating the goals from the footie match the night before. Our leaving present to him was that we bought him an online bishop-hood!
